The prayer room taskforce's mandate is to address issues related to prayer spaces on the UW campus.
Our biggest challenge currently is addressing the jum'aa prayer room size issue to allow us to accomodate the growing size of Muslim students on campus. The taskforce is currently evaluating all possible alternatives, communicating with on-campus Muslims, FEDS, and the university administration, and working to realize the best alternative.
