The housing ads posted on this website are for the general benefit of Muslims in K-W, especially the Muslim students. The MSA is not responsible for assessing the credibility of the landlords and/or the physical condition of the housing units. We hope that Muslim students make a genuine effort in assessing the environment of their housing units and reading the Ontario Residential Tenancies Act to understand their rights as tenants.

 

Q. Do I need to have a registered account with MSA?
A.
Yes, you must register if you need to post a new advertisement. To register a new account click HERE. You do not need to register if you are only browsing through the Housing Board.

 

 

Q. This is my first time here. How do I post my advertisement?
A.
Go to My Panel>Sign in and click on "New" on the top right hand corner to post a new advertisement.

 

Q. I can not post anymore advertisements. Why is that?
A.
We restrict the number of advertisements you can post to a maximum of 5. If you require to add more advertisements, you must delete at least one of your current advertisements which can be done under My Panel.

 

Q. Can I short list as many advertisements as possible?
A.
Yes, you can short list as many advertisements you want.
